1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Aurelius Media Agency LLC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Aurelius Media Agency provides AI-powered lead generation and marketing services exclusively for regenerative medicine practices. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • PatientFlow™: AI-powered lead generation campaigns
  • FoundationFix™: Database audit and patient reactivation
  • InstaBook™: 24/7 AI appointment booking system
  • SalesFlow™: Lead conversion optimization
  • TrustBuilder™: Social proof and reputation management
  • Compliance services for FDA, FTC, and platform policies

3. Performance-Based Model

We operate on a zero-retainer, performance-based model. Clients are charged based on results delivered. Specific pricing and performance metrics are outlined in individual service agreements. While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as marketing performance depends on multiple factors including market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their practice and services
  • Respond promptly to leads generated by our campaigns
  • Comply with all healthcare regulations and licensing requirements
  • Provide necessary access to marketing platforms and analytics
  • Notify us of any changes to services or regulatory status

5. Compliance and Legal

All marketing campaigns are reviewed by healthcare attorneys to ensure compliance with FDA, FTC, Meta, and Google advertising policies. However, clients remain ultimately responsible for ensuring their marketing claims are accurate and compliant with all applicable laws. Clients must maintain proper licensure and adhere to state and federal regulations governing regenerative medicine practices.

6. Intellectual Property

All AI systems, proprietary technologies, methodologies, and branded service names (PatientFlow™, FoundationFix™, InstaBook™, SalesFlow™, TrustBuilder™) remain the intellectual property of Aurelius Media Agency LLC. Campaign creative assets and client data remain the property of the client.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered prior to termination. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates healthcare regulations or engages in fraudulent practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aurelius Media Agency LLC liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
